All registrations will be by appointment only and will take place in JUNE ONLY. Evening appointments are reserved for families where both parents work days.

Below you will find the necessary forms the school needs per State of Illinois law and our school records. Please fill them out and bring them to your registration appointment or be sure to come 15 minutes in advance of your scheduled time slot.

EIGHTH GRADERS ONLY
All students must be registered before Monday, August 19, 2019. This is to ensure that the appropriate materials (including milk) are available for your child the first day of school. There will be NO registration on the first day of school.
