Welcome to St. John’s Registration! We are pleased to have your children enrolled for the upcoming school year and look forward to working with you in providing a quality, Christ-centered education. If you have not enrolled your child for the upcoming school year, please fill out the Enrollment Inquiry form.
All registrations will be by TADS only.
TADS is our Online Registration and Tuition Payment System
We will be using TADS for registration and tuition payments for the current school year. All enrolled families will receive an email from TADS that will assist in setting up your family in the system.
You are required to set up your account with them and pay fees before the 1st day of school.
When you log in, you will pay the materials fees and also set up your tuition payments for the year.
There is no in-person registration.

- Health and Medication Form (Per Student)
- Photo Release Form
- Walking Permission Slip
